All our designs are handmade from organic materials, so they may tarnish over time. If the designs you have purchased tarnish, contact us immediately. We will re-coat, maintain and restore the designs to their original condition.

To preserve the original appearance:

- Avoid contact with substances such as cream, perfume, alcohol, bleach.

- Do not expose to sea water.

- Clean with a soft cloth.

SHIPPING;

We offer free shipping service for all domestic and international orders.

Domestic orders are delivered by Yurtiçi Cargo within 5-7 business days. For international orders, delivery time may vary depending on the location of your country.

As Griffart, we stand behind all our designs and we want all our designs to make you happy. If you order a design that you don't like or is not the right size, you can return it within 14 days.
