SECTION 3 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All return and exchange requests are governed by our official Return & Exchange Policy:

Return Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Custom & Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized designs are strictly exempt from returns and exchanges.
Condition: Items must be unused, damage-free, with tags, and returned in their original packaging.
EU Customers: EU residents retain a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable regulations.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email address (grifart@gmail.com) provided at the time the order was made.
