All of our designs are handmade from organic materials; as a result, they may darken over time. If the designs you’ve purchased darken, please contact us immediately. We’ll refinish the designs, maintain them, and restore them to their original condition.

To preserve the original appearance:

- Avoid contact with substances such as cream, perfume, alcohol, and bleach.

- Do not expose to sea water.

- Clean with a soft cloth.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. You can ship your return items to us free of charge (collect on delivery).

  • Customized / Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized designs are exempt from returns and exchanges.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, damage-free, in their original condition, and returned just as they were received.
